  Who we are... really

Based in North Texas, The Identity Group, Inc. is a dedicated and highly talented team of sales professionals... yeah... yeah... yeah. Isn't that what you expect to hear?

That's how most rep groups would describe themselves. We, however, are a little bit different. We'd rather rely on the colorful terms that our customers use to describe us.

People certainly do give us credit for being talented and dedicated, it's just that we often hear our group described as "the crazy guys with the buses" or "the fun ones", "the reps that saved me" or "the ones we trust". Quite frankly, that's our favorite. No matter how we try to tell you who we are, we'd much rather you form your own opinion after you work with us.

RICK TABONE
Co-owner / Chief Operating Officer

If you want it done... he'll make it happen. That's our company philosophy too, but somehow Rick seems to have a knack for accomplishment. "Just call Rick, he'll take care of it" is fast becoming the local mantra for promotional product distributors in our territory. His easy-going personality and passion for customer service plays a key role in our business structure.
  • 20 years in outside sales for American Airlines
  • 5 years as tradeshow consultant specializing in exhibit development, show marketing and logistics.
  • Named CAPPA Supplier of the Year 2003
  • Hobbies include – golf, skiing, fishing, ballroom dancing.
Rick's primary responsibilities include sales management, IT advancements and show coordination, however, you'll find him logging thousands of miles each year traveling our territory. If you don't already know him be sure you schedule an appointment soon.

BOB BLACK
Co-owner / Chief Executive Officer

He does have a serious side when it comes to business, but don’t be surprised if you see him doing a stand-up comedy act later in the evening. His focus is building lasting relations with customers and suppliers in a fun and mutually rewarding outcome for all.

Bob’s primary responsibilities include marketing, supplier relations and investments. He provides the constant drive for finding new and improved ways to compete in today’s market with a casual "it’s not rocket science" approach that makes you realize you can actually have fun while you’re working.

MIKE DOLAN
Regional Manager

Mike is a true Promotional Products professional with over 12 years rep experience. His reputation has been defined by the solid relationships formed (and kept) during his time on the road. He values close relations and you’ll find his gregarious nature and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients the key to his success. We are very pleased to have Mike on board knowing that his commitment to service is long term.
